Can't access the app?

You can initiate an account-deletion request by emailing:

hello@oishworjo.com — Where possible, contact us from the email address registered to your Oishworjo account so we can verify ownership.

Never send us your PIN, OTP, password or authentication token.Oishworjo does not need these secret credentials to process a deletion or support request.

What is removed?

Your account profile, authentication credentials and sessions, saved/favourite audiobooks, bookmarks, listening progress, customer-linked account data, ratings and reviews associated with your account are removed through the deletion process.

Limited information may be retained only where required or lawfully permitted by applicable law.

If an outside-app request requires identity verification, we will explain an appropriate verification step. Verified requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.
